  • To make this mask, you just need to mash a banana and add a tablespoon of honey and five tablespoons of oatmeal. When everything is well mixed, apply this mixture all over the face, except the eye area and leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water.

  • To make this preparation, cut the apple into pieces and cook it in half a liter of water. Then let it cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Combine a tablespoon of yogurt, one of honey and another of wheat germ in a bowl. Add the drained apple and mix everything until you get a paste. Apply it to the face and leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse with cold water and a neutral pH soap.
